In a cooperative effort w/ El Centro, the BFMA Tax Clinic will provide taxpayer education, advocacy and assistance, conflict resolution, and preparation of tax returns to the Hispanic community of the KC Metro area. For non-filers or taxpayers needing amended returns, BFMA’s services include preparation of prior year tax returns as far back as 1991 tax year. El Centro will add a MO-based ITIN class for 150 to 200 Hispanic participants to its existing KS-based program.
